Suitable for all abilities!
With different sessions every week we use the sand and water to intensify the session and give you the best workout you’ve ever had!
With great teamwork and bonding, we make these sessions fun, different and we’ll push you to your limits!
We even throw in a obstacle course every now and then!

Personal Training
We know some gyms can be daunting to use so at 1st Step Fitness we have a private studio for 1-1 training with no distractions with indoor & outdoor training. We will help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise and every workout to give you the results you want!
Whether it be weight loss, toning, muscle gain, flexibility, strength training, endurance training, speed & agility training we will give you a plan specifically for you!

Anti Natal & Post Natal Fitness
At such a special time we understand you want to keep your body healthy for you and your baby.
With a special Anti Natal or Post Natal program we can help maintain your fitness level and keep you healthy for not only an easier birth but a quicker recovery post natal too.
We will guide you through every step of your program on a 1-1 basis ensuring you are never out of your comfort zone so Mummy and Baby are always happy and healthy.

We offer full consultations, personal & tailored calories and macros, coaching and nutritional guides, including meal plans (including gluten free, dairy free & vegetarian)!
